Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed for any order from Fresh From the Farm, you may not cancel it. Our return policy is

Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Fresh From the Farm for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Soap
must be in the original shrink wrap. Afghans and other needlework must be unused, unwashed and in good condition.
Shipping and handling cost will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are
credited upon receipt of the merchandise. Exchanges are limited to items still available at the time we receive your item
that has been returned for exchange.

1. Do not return any items without receiving a return authorization prior to shipping item. You may do this do this by
emailing a request for a return authorization number including the reason for your return or exchange or you may contact
us by phone to request the return authorization number.

2. Package the items securely and include the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package
any items returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
